    This event is a must-attend conference for Ethnic Minority Businesses and Corporations looking to drive inclusive procurement and connect with diverse like-minded businessmen and women.   • Is there a Dress Code?
    For daytime events we recommend business casual dress. For evening awards we recommend cultural wear or black tie
  • What is your COVID-19 Policy
    The QEII Centre is a Covid-secure venue, putting the safety of our clients and delegates at the forefront of everything we do. Our commitment to your health and safety is demonstrated by our adherence to the AEV All Secure Framework (which is approved by the UK Government), as well as receiving the mia AIM Secure accreditation. To ensure that we continue to prioritise your safety, we are maintaining several measures including temperature checks for everyone who enters the Centre, provision of hand sanitiser and Cloroxing and regular cleaning of venues, office and touch surfaces. Whilst Covid-certification is no longer compulsory, we will support all clients who require this as a condition of entry to the event. We also recommend wearing masks in public spaces and encourage frequent hand washing.   • What are the key dates for awards nominations?
    Nominations open 30th May 2022 at 9am BST The deadline to nominate a business or corporate member is 15th June 2022 The deadline for self-nomination is 05th July 2022

  • I am an international delegate. Do you have some further information for international delegates that includes travel advise and accommodation?

  • I am an Ethnic Minority Business and want to get certified before booking tickets. How do I do that?
    You can get your business certified by completing your business registration here. Once you receive your certificate, you can book your conference tickets at discounted rates
  • Can I do group booking?
    Yes, the registration portal allows you to select different types of tickets in multiple numbers and pay all together at the check out
  • I am booking on someone’s behalf, and I do not have confirmed names of people attending the event. Can I come back later to complete the registration?
    Yes, the portal allows you to come back, login to your bookings and made amends/add names
